Over the years, it has come to our attention that, time and time again, the reputation of Telan Solutions as one of the leading receivables management provider has been used by third-parties. These third parties misrepresent themselves to be partners of our organization without our prior knowledge and consent.
Most recent is the illegal use of the company’s name by several online lending platforms in their collection efforts. It has come to our attention that these same online lending platforms are committing unfair collection practices against customers. Such unprofessional and malicious acts have tarnished the good reputation of our company.
We wish to make it clear: Telan Solutions does not condone nor tolerate the use of unfair collection practices in the recovery business, especially at the time of this pandemic.
Telan Solutions is deeply committed to complying with laws and regulations governing the industry.
