1983 Atty. Joaqiun P.Telan founded the law firm in Yakal Makati.
1998 Atty. Merle M.Telan founded the collections division in the basement of the Telan residence in Kapitolyo Pasig. RCBC Bankard was its first client.
2008 NMT entered the company. It had 3 clients and 20 eployees.
2009 East West Bank, the firm’s largest local client to date, was engage, marking the beginning of the rapid expansion of the collections division.
2011 The Cebu and Davao branches were established. This was followed by Iloilo and Cagayan De Oro.
2013 The office relocated to Telan Building along West Capitol Drive. This also marked the shift to the modernzation of infrastructure and adoption of a collection software.
2014 Atty Joaquin P.Telan was appointed president of the Association of Credit and Collection Companies Inc. (ACCCI)
2016 The 2nd site was inaugurated in Frankfort Bldg. The company’s online presence was also created. There are 400 employees.
