Norman Frederick “Jobo” Telan is the visionary general manager of collections divisions of Telan Hipe Flores Telan Law Offices. Through his management, strategic foresight and talent acquisition, the collections division has achieved a year by year growth rate of 50% and has transformed Telan Hipe Flores Telan from a small player into one of the market leaders. He also founded Mabuhay Loans, an online loan facilitation company to add to its bank process outsourcing thrust.
He finished a Bachelor’s of Science in Management at the Ateneo de Manila University in 2006.
