Atty. Merle Telan has been a partner of Telan Hipe Flores Telan and Associates Law Offices since 1997. She started and is currently the managing partner of the Law firm’s collection business division, one of the largest agencies of its kind in the Philippines. Known for her hands-on and meticulous approach to the business, she has proven to be an able steward of the company’s rise to prominence.
Merle obtained her law degree at Ateneo De Manila University, passed the bar in 1991, and served as a research assistant in the Presidential Management Staff in Malacanang before assuming her current role as managing partner.
